Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Please read the implications carefully before proceeding.

Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to SafariBid permanently. This includes:
- Wallet Balance: Any remaining credits or cash balance will be forfeited.
- Trip History: You will lose access to receipts and invoices.
- Driver Ratings: Your accumulated ratings and tier status will be wiped.
*If you have an outstanding debt (negative wallet balance), you must clear it before deletion can be processed.
What data do we keep?
To comply with legal obligations (such as tax laws and fraud prevention), we retain certain information even after your account is deleted:
- 📄Transaction Records: Proof of payments and trips for tax auditing (retained for 5-7 years).
- 🛡️Safety Data: If your account was flagged for safety violations, we retain basic identifiers to prevent re-registration.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I reactivate my account later?
No. Once the 30-day grace period is over, your data is permanently scrubbed. You will need to register as a new user.
What happens if I have an active trip?
You cannot delete your account while a trip is active or if payment is pending. Please complete all orders first.
How do I unsubscribe from emails without deleting?
You can manage email preferences in the App Settings under 'Notifications'. You do not need to delete your account to stop marketing emails.
